NSC Activity Challenge Celebrates U.S. 250
Lincoln, NE (January 12, 2026) – The Nebraska Sports Council has launched the America 250 Challenge, a free online activity-tracking program that began on Jan. 1. Over 9,800 people have already enrolled, with over 2,000 miles already logged, and registration remains open at WellPowerMovement.com.
Participants track physical activity through June 30, aiming for 250 miles in honor of the 250th birthday of the United States. A variety of activities count, including walking, running, cycling, sports, and strength training, with a converter available for non-mile activities.
Monthly prize drawings award gift cards to those who log progress, and participants who reach 250 miles by the end of the challenge will be entered into a grand prize drawing on July 4 for a $250 gift card.
